The Small Print: Our terms and conditions of sale
The management reserves the right to:
- Demand that every member of the audience has a valid ticket.
- Request latecomers to await admission to the auditorium until a convenient break in the performance or event and not to guarantee late admission to the auditorium.
- Request that mobile phones, pagers and watches are silenced before entering the auditorium.
- Forbid the use of any camera, audio or visual recording equipment on the premises.
- Restrict the consummation of alcohol to licensed areas only and forbid the taking of bottles or glasses into the auditorium.
- Refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises or request the ticket holder to leave the premises if due reason or cause is given.
- Make any alterations to the cast, performance or event which may be rendered necessary by illness or other unavoidable causes.
- Cancel or abandon the performance or event for any reasons beyond the management’s control without notice and without being liable to pay compensation or damages whatsoever. We will, at the manager's discretion, offer an alternative ticket for a future performance. Customers will need to return the ticket for the cancelled/abandoned performance within a week of the cancelled performance to take advantage of this offer.
- Not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to persons or property on or around the premises.
- Not offer refunds on tickets although tickets can be exchanged if at least 24 hours notice is given and a cancellation fee is paid.
- Forbid the resale of a ticket for profit or commercial gain. Failure to comply will make the ticket void.
- Film members of the audience for commercial or archive purposes.
